Everyone has their own Christmas Traditions, I've loved getting into the Christmas spirit this month and though i'd share some of my Christmas Traditions.
This is my first year of living in my own place so usually my parents would put the Christmas Tree up a week or so into December but I put it up on the 1st of the month and have loved having it up and it's made the flat feel cosy and Christmassy so I thnk this will be a new tradition. As its our first Christmas we've had to buy all our decorations and the tree, I love these little decorations* from White Stuff, they are cute little christmas characters. my favourite is Percy Penguin. *
I usually start my Christmas Shopping in the last week or so of November and shop up to Christmas, I tend to wrap as I go and I pop the presents under the tree and then we visit family in the run up to Christmas and give out the presents.
This year Christmas Day is a little different, usually I spend Christmas at home and Clint spends most of the day at his and then we see eachother on the night but this year we are going to Clints in the morning and having a small Christmas dinner there and then to my parents late afternoon and having our proper dinner there. I usually spend all day in my pj's and watch films and eat far too much chocolate, this year because were visiting and spending christmas with eachothers family I'll have to get dressed. I want to wear something comfy but look like i've made an effort. This tunic from White Stuff *is perfect, the textured design almost looks glittery and looks really pretty, the colour is a dark navy shade and really easy to wear. The tunic is a heavy jersey style material and is so easy to wear, it's really cosy and comfy and perfect for Christmas Day! I've just popped on a thick pair of tights and my suede boots* from New Look which have a little heal to dress the Tunic up a little bit, i've added this gorgeous statement necklace* from Cherry Diva. You could easily dress this Tunic down with some leggings or jeans with trainers or boots and a everyday cardigan.
What are your Christmas Traditions? I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
