I've been thinking about fine lines and wrinkles alot recently, my dads about to turn 50 and honestly he has alot of wrinkles and I think its down to him not being very bothered, he doesn't really use moisturizers or facial products and I think that his lifestyle may also be to blame. I have been sent these tablets which are both available at Boots and i'm excited to try them and find out if there's a noticeable difference. I have to say i've been really strict with my skincare regime aswell. I'm using a micellar water to remove my make up and then double cleansing my skin. I'm being really good with moisturisers aswell, applying day and night cream and also eye cream in the evening. I've also been using primers and bluring products to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I will feature the Collagen and hyaluronic acid tablets when I feel i've used them enough. I'm also keen to try some skin, hair and nails vitamins so might give some of these ago.
