I use Cleanse and Polish all the time, it's my go to cleanser! If my skin is feeling sluggish, I use Cleanse and Polish as it brightens my skin and leaves it feeling clean and soft. I use it as a first cleanse to remove all traces of make up before following with a balm cleanser or the Liz Earle Intensive Nourishing Treatment mask.

It's so so easy to use, first of all massage into the skin, apply on dry skin. All over the face, neck, eyes etc and then remove using the muslin cloth. Soak the muslin cloth in warm water and wring then use this to remove all traces of product. Sometimes in the bath I like to lie with the muslin cloth over my face to let the product work into my skin more. I then remove with the cloth.

Splash cold water on the face to close up those pores to prevent breakouts.
