On Wednesday I attended the Glossybox Loccitane event at my local Loccitane store in Birmingham.
The event was a shopping event so regular customers and a few bloggers attended. We were welcomed in with a glass of fizz and some chocolates. It was lovely to see some of the birmingham bloggers there and we had a little chat and mingle.
As well as looking around the fabulous store I had a hand massage which was amazing! The first product the lady used was the Almond Shower Oil and its gorgeous. I expected it to be really oily and not very nice but as soon as it touches the water it starts to create a more milky texture. Its really lovely and felt so soft and luxurious on my hand. This is a product I would be very interested in trying.
She then followed with the Almond Milk concentrate which is a really nice milky moisturising cream. It firms the skin and leaves it feeling so soft and smooth. I must say I had very soft hands and was very happy with my hand massage
After this I had a skin consultation I was given a form which asked questions about my skin and then I was recommended some lovely products which I got to try out and learn more about. These products included the Shea water, the Shea cleansing milk, Essensa sublime which is like a primer its so nice, Angelica moisturiser and then the Angelica BB cream which was lovely.
Overall it was a lovely opportunity to catch up with some lovely bloggers and to learn more about a brand that I knew little about. The products are very interesting and we were given a very generous goodie bag which I will be trying and reviewing very soon so look out for that.
